It is not possible for us to offer refunds for cancellations made less than two (2) full working days before the delivery date. For example if your delivery is due on Tuesday, you must cancel no later than Thursday 6pm prior to your delivery. Due to the nature of our business we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.
By entering into these Terms you acknowledge that there is no automatic right to a refund where you wish to cancel any subscription for the Services.
1.1 If you wish to cancel your subscription all requests must be sent by email to hello@thehonestjuice.co. The Honest Juice Co requires two (2) full working days notice in order to cancel your Delivery in all instances.
1.2 For all cancellations, the daily price of the package will be adjusted to reflect the number of days actually delivered, and there is a £50 administration charge (Admin Charge) to cover The Honest Juice Co’ internal administration costs and card processing fees.
1.3 If you notify us that you wish to cancel at least three full working days before your first delivery, we will cancel your order and refund a maximum of the full amount paid by you (less the Admin Charge).
If, for any reason, we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please do contact us and we will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.
With the nature of fresh produce and seasonal price fluctuations, currency fluctuations and fuel prices, changes are frequent and unpredictable therefore we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect cost changes on our operations side.
Where an item is unavailable, The Honest Juice Co will contact you regarding the substitution of products, an alternative will be supplied and upon delivery, you will be made aware of unavailable items and their substitutes.
Please see Delivery for full details of the delivery service that we provide. We endeavour to provide a delivery service to the whole of the UK, but there may be some exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
All juice orders will be delivered chilled and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Please understand that our drivers are advised to never leave juice unattended. We will attempt to contact you on the telephone number you provided and it is your responsibility to ensure you are available at this number.
If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, supplier failure, courier service disruptions / strikes, vehicle breakdown, traffic, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.
